How do I access the membership dashboard?
If you recently upgraded to a paid membership and what to know whats next, simply log in to your account, click on "App Package," which will direct you to the membership dashboard. From there, select the app pack and begin filling out your information. It is important that you use your own details, as you will be operating independently; this way, you can maximize your earnings for each job you complete. Additionally, please ensure you list yourself in our roadside directory by clicking on "Add Business Free" and completing the form. This will facilitate your listing.

How much work can I expect per day?
Some days are so busy that you cannot accept every call. On these days we have heard of contractors making $1000 plus in one day. In these cases they have hired help:

Can I choose when I want to work?
​Yes. A majority of the apps will have a switch that you can toggle to on duty or off duty - this is what makes the app pack so powerful!
Can I choose what areas I want to service?
Yes. You will be asked to provide a zip code list of the areas you wish to cover.
Once you have your foot in the door it is fairly easy to get other areas set up even in other states if you wish to expand your business.
How long before I receive my tools / Apps ?
Upon purchase you will receive a email instantly that grants you access to our Members Dashboard. Tools normally arrive in 4-6 business days.
Do I need an LLC?
While it would be best to get an LLC, it is not required in most states. Always check with state laws / regulations and do your due diligence as every state is different.
How do I get paid?
​Each company is different but the majority of them will pay 2 days after you submit the service order number. If you set up electronic funds transfer then it will be directly deposited into your bank account.
​How long does it take before I start work?
Within a week of submission.
What type of insurance is needed?
General liability and auto insurance: we give you access to insurance options in our Members Dashboard.
